The concern you have known as retrograde ejaculation it occurs when semen enters the bladder instead of emerging through the penis during orgasm. Although you still reach sexual climax, you might ejaculate very little or no semen. This is sometimes called a dry orgasm. Retrograde ejaculation isn't harmful, but it can cause male infertility. Consult online.

Hello-
underlying causes of dry orgasm include: bladder removal surgery (cystectomy) blocked sperm duct (ejaculatory duct obstruction) certain medications used to treat high blood pressure, enlarged prostate and mood disorders. In your case, deficiency might be the cause. It is best to abstain from ejaculation till complete recovery from kidney stone.
