Hello, Thanks for the query.
Both Insulins mentioned are same. Only difference is one has 40 units per ml in the vial. The other has 100 units per ml in the pen. So if you are taking 6 units with 40 u/ml one, then 6 units need to be taken with the pen. You will have to fix the dosage on the pen, it will deliver that quantity only. Thanks.

You need complete evaluation regarding your thyroid. It can possibly due to hypothroidism. In that case you need to be on medication.

Get a usg abdomen done and if there is cirrhosis of liver present than your hepatitis B status is chronic other wise we can assume that it is due to recent origin
