It may be simple anal fissure. Stop using enema without consulting doctor. Avoid constipation. Avoid fatty fried food. Add some stool softener like syp duphalac or cremaffin plus. Take a tub. Add some luke warm water in it. Sit in it after passing stool.

Telmisartan plus Amlodepine (TELMA AM) is a good and safe combination. The other tablet mentioned is Losartan + Hydrochlothiazide. That too is good. Doctor must have changed to newer drug for getting better control. But if she is not comfortable with that, she can take the earlier combination. Thanks.
