Depending on location of stone in ureter there is possibility of upto 67 perc that it can pass by taking medicine however duration of pain should be short and no symptoms like fever should be there. Check your kidney function test. If pain bearable one can wait for 2-3 weeks for stone to pass if not it may req removal with ureteroscopy.
