Why were you taking Veltam. The retrograde ejaculation is a side effect of Veltam and gets reverted back to normal once drug is stopped.

What I could see from your medications you are taking mexflow which is same as urimax. Kindly check the salt name as tamsulosin in whatever medicine you are taking. Tamsulosin 0.4 mg should be availaible in pakistan. Any pharmacist can help you.

This medicine is appropriate and may help in expulsion of stone. But mostly stone smaller then 6 mm can pass. Bigger stone need surgery. It is also causing backpressure, so get a repeat scan soon. If it is not moving down get it operated.

Urimax 0.4 mg capsule is fine for you and is an alpha-adrenoreceptor antagonist which is used in men to decrease the urine outflow resistance due to an enlarged prostate gland. This medicine should be used with caution as it may lower the blood pressure. It is not recommended in patients with a known history of allergy to tamsulosin and patients with a risk of erectile dysfunction.

You may switch over to alternative drugs to tamsulosin and see response or you may additionally take other drug such as pde5 inhibitors with your urologists consultation. See for one more month. If not much response then go for procedure such as turp. Uroflowmetry test will guide better.

It is good only for 10 days, only in case the stones are smaller than 6 mm, you have healthy kidneys and no urine infection.

F stands for finasteride which blocks conversion of testosterone hormone to dihydrotestestorone (dht) which helps in growth of prostrate
psa is a market for prostrate cancer
when finasteride or dutasteride are used they decrease psa level spuriously and masks the ongoing prostate cancer so before using finast one has to check a baseline psa.
