Sometimes we rely too much on medications for insomnia whereas some small changes in our lifestyle may also help us to sleep well. A sleep assessment may be good to diagnose first of you really have insomnia. Please consult so that I may assess.

Mr. lybrate-user, 48 mg / 100 ml glucose is seriously low level. It can cause severe damage including unconsciousness. When glucose level starts going below 70 mg, it starts producing hypoglycemic symptos. One should not allow the level to go down like that. Please look at your total treatment and fasting, Pp levels and HbA1c5. Thanks.

Balanitis is an inflammation of the head (the glans) and foreskin of the penis.
In balanitis, the head and foreskin become red and inflamed. In circumcised men, who lack a foreskin, these symptoms only affect the tip of the penis.
The inflammation can be due to infection, harsh soaps, or failure to properly rinse soap off while bathing.
Homoeopathic treatment cures balanitis completely. You can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

Hello lybrate-user. Since you are suffering from itching in vagina, it is most probably due to fungal infection. First use canesten cream and if doesn't subside with that, consult a gyn before using lobate cream (as it contains steroid). Some general measures to be followed are
- wear cotton and loose underwear - don't repeatedly wash your private parts. Instead use a toilet paper/tissue.
- don't keep the area moist.
- drink plenty of water.
- check your sugar levels.
