Yes, tablets like clomiphene citrate used for inducing ovulation do cause hormonal. Changes and discomfort in breast. However these are transient and subside suggest you to complete pcod and infertility treatment.

That is decided by many factors like serial sonography reports, earlier cycles similar reports if done, whether any treatment given or not, endometrial thickness etc. So ask person examining you.
