No. If you have been infected with hepatitis b in the past, you can't get infected again. However, some people, especially those infected during early childhood, remain infected for life because they never cleared the virus from their bodies.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

A child can get hbv through contact with the blood or body fluids of a person who has the virus. Exposure can occur from: a mother with hbv at the time of birth. It does not appear that hbv is passed to the fetus while still in the mother's womb.

1.Hepatitis B vaccine normally gives protection for 20 year.
2.Anti Hbs level should ideally be more than 100 mlu/ml. 3.Even people having anti Hbs level more than 10Miu/ml are also considered safe.and have very low chance of getting infection.
4.Your Anti Hbs level is good and you are safe, but Since your wife is suffering from hepatitis B you may take one booster dose after consulting gastro enterologist/Hepatologist

Your son needs to separate shots for MMS and chickenpox vaccines as the combined vaccine is not available for both MMR and chickenpox. The Hepatitis A can be given even if it is late by 2 or 3 months. More than one vaccine can be given simultaneously at different sites

In acute stage we get jaundice like symptoms and in chronic stage we get symptoms of cirrhosis of liver or cancer of liver and it's better to get your self vaccinated against hepatitisb.
