From the glucose levels mentioned it is clear that present treatment is inadequate, there is a need toupgrade it, plus one has to give a closer look to his diet and extent of daily exercise.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Fasting glucose 160 mg & PP 260 mg, show uncontrolled diabetes. Which means current medication is not adequate, there is a need to increase the medication, plus look at diet and exercise. With appropriate treatment glucose levels can be well controlled. But adding or shifting to alternate medication is unlikely to give any benefit. Any way choice is yours.
