Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder).

You seem to have common cold. Please follow the following advice:
1. Warm saline gargle two to three times daily. 2. Steam inhalation twice daily 3. Tab Paracetamol (650): 1 tab twice daily
You may have to start an antibiotic if the problem persists or increases.
