Peppily powder is usually taken with honey, but it doesn't really help in milk production. you may opt for 2 hrly breast feeding. The more the child suckles, the more shall be the breast milk production.

if you are uncomfortable do not take with milk, you can take with water, it will help you. welcome for any help.

You can drink packet milk without boiling it as it is sterile . But it is better to drink after boiling
