I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I have food aversions. Sometimes having vomiting sensation. Not frequently .doctor suggest me to take doxyvom and doxifol plus tablets for vomiting. But these two tablets comes under doxylamine succinate pyridoxine hydrochloride and folic acid tablets. One would be taken as empty stomach one would taken as after food. Am I need to take both tablets. Im very confused about the domain names.

You can take doxylamine only twice before food, and plain folic acid after food, try to avoid spicy food, food with strong odours, nausea and food aversions are all common in early pregnancy, so do not worry.

I am planning to conceive .So I have been taking cor 3 for folic acid for past 2 months .But today I don't remember if I have taken one dose or 2. Is it dangerous if I have consumed 2 tablets o it? Also if this a good medicine for folic acid, please advice if there is a better medicine than this Thanks.

There is no harm even if you took double doses of cor3. This is a good medicine for improving anemia and vitamin deficiency in women. So don’t worry.

Dear sir after that pain I have consulted doctor urologist and surgeon and I have done scrotum scanning abdomen and pelvis scanning and then ct scan with contrast but in that there is no any such changes and reports are normal after that one doctor is telling that you have hernia and again I have consulted other doctor and has told me you don't have any hernia you take doxofylline for 20 days it will be ok I have used for 20 days then also my pain was not reduced again I have consulted one more urologist and they have prescribed pregabalin and methylcobalamin for 20 days after taking that 20 days then also it has not been reduced and again I have consulted doctor and he has given amoxicillin with clavulanic acid thrice in a day and pregabalin and methylcobalamin morning and evening and diclofenac with serratiopeptidase I am taking this medication from past 3 days when have taken diclofenac and serratiopeptidase the pain is ok after that again the train is coming I don't know what have to do now and kindly prescribe some good medication in ayurvedic.

Exactly where r you getting pain if the pain in groin region I am suggesting you mri because it may be sportsman groin hernia it can be missed in ct sometimes.

I had a scooter accident on 25th march 2018 and I was not able to stand properly on my left leg. It was only after a crape bandage was put around my left knee could I stand or walk. I had to take rest for two days and there was no inflammation or swelling and the pain also got subjugated. A few days after this there was pain in the inner side of my left knee bend and it spread to my feet a point just at the joint of little finger and ring finger at the inner side of my left feet. Consulted a doctor and a mri was taken and the impressions are: * degenerative tear in body of lateral meniscus oblique tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus joint effusion with effusion in sprapatellar bursa bone contusion in medial patellar facet and lateral femoral condyle - possibly reduced patellar dislocation. No high grade tears in patellofemoral ligament tricompartmental osteoarthritis. I have been under treatment since april and tried allopathic and ayurvedic treatments with no reduction of the pain and also I get numbness in my left leg from feet onwards and left lumbar down words within a minute or so of my standing on my legs, which continues for two/three minutes and start disappearing, but the numbness of the feet still persists till I sit down. Once I sit, the numbness goes. Can any of your doctors help me to get the right kind of treatment. Will homoeopathy would be of any help? I have taken paracetamol injection, neuron injections, pain killers and vitamin tabs. Now I am on vibralon plus - 1/day (methyl cobalamin, alpha lipoic acid, benffaliamine, inositol, folic acid, chromium and selenium tablets) & gabazen (gabapentin tab) -1 tab at night. Kindly help me with your expert advice pl. (vijayan)
