Hello,
The black corners of the mouth or black discolouration around mouth can be due to lip licking, vit. B2 deficiency, smoking, overexposure to sun or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. So, take some vitamin B12 supplements (like becosule) and avoid lip licking. Keep yourself well hydrate, drink 10-12 glasses of water in a day.

Receiving proper treatment will help to regulate this kind of issue very easily.

Tamsulosin is safe to be taken for long term. Get a repeat uroflowmetry done to see the benefit of tamsulosin. If no major improvements then we may need to escalate therapy and add newer therapies. And get a urine examination done again along with post voidal residue. Review once done. Will guide you further.
