Hi, eukroma and revise cream have hydroquinone and tretinoin respectively both of which are to be used for a short duration of time for specific indications. The combination of eukroma and revise will be too harsh on facial skin so is not advisable. Reverse pigmentation and skin sensitivity can be the potential side effects if not properly used.

You should immediately stop this cream. Primarily because it doesn't suit your skin as it contain tretinoin & secondary reason is because it contains a potent steroid in it which is not good for your skin.

Hello lybrate-user,
tretin contains a molecule called tretinoin which is photosenstive i. E it can make your skin more prone to sun tanning. Thus its prudent that you apply a good sunscreen like la shield sunscreen gel in morning and afternoon.
Meanwhile I would suggest you to discontinue further use of tretin and instead use a detanning cream like melaglow cream twice a day to bring back your original skin tone.
Hope the information was useful to you.

Hi lybrate-user. I strongly advise you to immediately stop using that cream and consult a Dermatologist. The redness on your face is a side effect of using that fairness cream for so many months. Ideally it is prescribed for hyper pigmentary conditions of the skin and to be used for only 3 weeks. Since you have used for 9 months, you are experiencing redness of face. Later you will develop more serious complicaations like pigmentation, atrophy, increased hair growth on face etc. Therefor stop it...more

Hi. Redness is a side effect of supatret (tretinoin) if you use in large quantity on face. Better to stop this cream for few days and use only clindymycin gel .use a good moisturizer like aquasoft fc twice daily. See the response for 7 to 10 days .if no improvement then follow up with the dermatolgist. Thanks.

Most of the time, tretinoin cream is safe even if you have sensitive skin. However, if you experience a severe skin reaction, an uncomfortable or painful skin rash, or a severe breakout that doesn't heal within one month, you should contact your doctor for assistance.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
