Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90, anything above or below is is abnormal.

Normal level of vit d is between between 20-50ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency.
1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning
2. Take milk, cheese, egg yolk, fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of vitamin d you have to take vitamin d supplement 60000iu/week fo r 3 months after consulting physician.

His blood pressure is under control continue with the medicine modified lifestyle will be helpful reduce salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water reduce stress and anxiety related issues with the help of yoga and meditation reduce weight also by eating more of seasonal vegetables and fruits walking is best exercise to reduce weight.

Her ulcers and diarrhoea could have been due to Ecosprin, but if after stopping ecosprin they are still persisting then it is possible she may be having some gastric issue like gastric ulcer, so please consult a gastroenterologist for the same, she may also need endoscopy.
