Enlarged prostate per se does not need treatment unless you have symptoms due to it. Prostate enlargement with age occurs due to hyperplasia of the prostate gland which is benign in nature. However due to mass effect (size effect) it may produce symptoms of various intensity. Symptoms may range from frequency, urgency, nocturnal awakening, hesitancy etc.

Hello, greetings from your ayurveda wellness coach.
Sir, first of all, I must appreciate your efforts towards your physical fitness. I suggest you to continue this method, but only with minor modifications. Split your walking into two halves, morning and evening, and that should help you.
I would like to suggest 8-portion diet and that can help you to reduce your weight meaningfully. If you are willing, I can suggest some natural ayurveda medicines for the same.

Hello Lybrate user,
there are many reasons for pain in the legs, like knee arthritis, spinal degeneration or any local problem.
All the medications you mentioned are fine for hypertension and they are not related to pain in the legs.
If you wish you can consult me online for further advice.
Regards.
