Hi Mr. lybrate-user. Blood coming from mouth can be from oral cavity, back side of oral cavity, lungs, also post nasal bleeding can come from nose and sinuses. A proper clinical ent and chest examination is required which might require further evaluation (like x ray chest, sputum exam, nasal endoscopy, ct scan of sinuses) depending on clinical assessment. Kindly consider a thorough clinical examination from ent / physician to arrive at a diagnosis. Thank you.

My age is 24 and my weight is 96 kg. In april 2020 and may 2020 I missed my periods and in june I had a long period with heavy flow for almost 28 days which stopped after using xamic 500 3 tab daily for five days as the doctor I consulted prescribed. I got some tests thyroid hba1c insulin resistance cbp and ultrasound done. The tests were normal. The ultrasound report mentioned bilateral polycystic ovaries for clinical and hormonal correlation everything else like size of ovaries and uterus endometrial thickness normal. The doctor didn’t give me any medication she just asked me to loose weight and make lifestyle changes. After that I had regular periods with normal flow for a year. But again in june 2021 I had prolonged periods with light bleeding for almost 20 days. Then july I got my period on 4th which lasted for a week with normal bleeding. (my period has always been 6-7 days long) in aug again my period started on 8th but the flow is very light and it’s 10 th day today and I still have light bleeding. After day 5 I used texakind mf 2 tabs daily for 5 days there’s no use. What should I do? How to stop the bleeding? And was I diagnosed with pcos according to my old usg. Also I got my covaxin first shot on june 3rd and second on july 1. Could it be because of the vaccine because this issue started right after taking my first shot?

Tranexamic acid is usually given three or four times each day. Your doctor will tell you how often to give it.
Three times each day: this should be once in the morning, once in the early afternoon and once in the evening. Ideally, these times are at least 6 hours apart, for example 8 am, 2 pm and 8 pm.
Four times each day: this is usually first thing in the morning, at about midday, late in the afternoon and at bedtime. Ideally these times should be at least 4 hours apart, for example 8 ...more
