Do your urine pregnancy test to see if abortion was complete or not. If pregnancy test is positive then get your ultrasound lower abdomen done. Wiil have to be managed according to the urine pregnancy test report and ultrasound report.

pain is not due to pause mf .while taking pause mf you must not had pain because pause mf contains trenexamic acid and mefenemic acid ,latter is a antispasmodic.
as now you're not taking it must be having cramps
