Hi lybrate-user,
I understand you might be facing sleep difficulty but self medicating can be more dangerous than insomnia. The consequences of taking 10 tabs at a time can be disastrous. It's in your best interest if you consult a psychiatrist in-person. He/she will surely help you!

Seems like you have anxiety/ depressive symptoms for which these medicines are prescribed. Rexipra10 mg and zolax sr could be taken in the night.
Rejunex plus can be taken in the afternoon.

Hello
I can understand that you may be feeling anxious lately. However medicines like Alpraquil should NEVER be taken WITHOUT DOCTORS PRESCRIPTION. A doctor prescribing this to you would ensure you get the right dosage based upon your weight, height and condition.
Please see an experienced psychiatrist online or in person to learn how to manage stress better, both with and without medications.

Dont sleep at day time, dont take tea/cofee after last light, stop drinking water 2 hrs before sleep, have a comfortable bed and clothing and then you discontinue this medication gradually. take 1/2 tablets for 10 days and then stop. You will be surprised that you can get rid of it easily.

The reason might be due to many causes. Commonest here would be a stroke involving temporal lobe, leading to aphasic speech (irrelevant), which can be confirmed by a mri scan of the brain. Second reason can be due to dementia, which happens to shrinkage of the brain affecting recent memory and which is caused/ aggravated by the sleeping pill, alprazolam. This can also be confirmed either by ct/ or mri brain scan. The third reason can be late onset psychosis, in which the scan will be normal. Kin...more
