If you have taken only for a short time you can stop. You can taper by cutting one. After 4-5 days, reduce further. Start other measures to control anxiety such as relaxation, CBT for changing thoughts causing anxiety. All this takes time so meet a good therapist once a week for 2-3 months who is trained in all this

Such type of drug is not supposed to stop immediately you should taper the dose slowly then it will not cause any i'll effect.
