Yes, you need to see a psychiatrist. Depressions are recurrent and it is possible that you got another episode now when you are undergoing investigation for intracranial hypertension.
Topirol 50 mg is a starting low dose. At the age of 21, I don't expect, feeling low and depressed, may be due to its side effect. However it might have been prescribed arbitrarily for your symptoms before getting a diagnosis. You can stop it, if it is so. Or you can discuss with your doct...more
