Thank you for contacting me. In physiotherapy for planter fascitis, ultrasound with stretching is done. Some modification in shoes and inserts can help. If this is not helping her you can go for surgery. Your answers regarding surgery can be given by surgeon. I hope this will help you.

Dear lybrate-user,
None of the anti epileptic drugs are safe to use during pregnancy but are given in patients as the risk of getting seizures gets high. There are certain newer drugs like leveteracitam and Lamotrigine which are safer to use than those you are using and hence you should try to conceive and should consult your neurologist regarding changing the medicines once you conceive.

There is no life threatening drug interaction between the three as mentioned by you, only excessive sedation can be there, which can be adjusted with dosage. Consult your psychiatrist in person if you have more sedation rather than calling and sending sms. All the best.

But, as a general measure I would suggest regular exercise / walking to reduce your weight and also practice sleep hygeine. Which you will get on google search. All the bes...more

Dear Lybrate-user,
Yes, you need to see a psychiatrist. Depressions are recurrent and it is possible that you got another episode now when you are undergoing investigation for intracranial hypertension.
Topirol 50 mg is a starting low dose. At the age of 21, I don't expect, feeling low and depressed, may be due to its side effect. However it might have been prescribed arbitrarily for your symptoms before getting a diagnosis. You can stop it, if it is so. Or you can discuss with your doct...more

Your son has epilepsy and them medicines may have to be given lifelong. He is on correct medicines and if you could upload the reports to me privately, it would be easier to comment.
