Hello,
thanks for your query on Lybrate
"as" per your clinical history is concerned to do take medication for heart, do check your blood pressure every 15 days and record it, for leg cramps first ruled out if you have [pad] and to know it visit your doctor[cardiologist] and discuss a ultrasound scan of painful areas. For cough do a blood test [differential count of blood] and take medication as per exact cause.
Hope that helps.

Take salt restricted diet. Fried salt restriction should be 1800 mg-2750 mg per day. Do not take added salt because most of your vegetables contain sodium already in it. Avoid mustard oil completely. Take sunflower or rice bran oil daily. Avoid red meat and big fishes completely.

Dear lybrateuser,
- If taken in the prescribed dose & proper time there are minimum or no side effects of the medicines mentioned
- for vitamins & calcium you can check the blood levels
- if other drug causes a side effect then it will be as a symptom as experienced by the person taking the medication.

Here you need to add the indication of you angioplasty, lv function, associated comorbidities to give answer for the continuation of other drugs.
If any queries ,i am happy to answer.
