A detailed psychological evaluation will help us understand the dynamics of her mental health. She may benefit from one on one psychotherapy sessions which will help her appraise her maladaptive beliefs and overcome both depression and ocd. Research shows that the efficacy of treatment as well as maintenance of gains is much better if medications and psychotherapy are taken together.
