Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). These are symptoms of irritable bowl. Metformin may cause these symptoms. I would recommend to reduce dose of metformin to half of what you are taking. Do not take soda based drinks as it worsens irritable bowl. Try to reduce and gradually stop metformin by following strict diet and exercise. Also I would recommend you to check thyroid tests. Also try to avoid wheat/ maida completely for one month from your diet. This may help you. If still you find problems, please consult some other doctor.

Mr.C.P Poddar, since your work profile does not permit you for any kind of exercise you can do certain stretches while you are working at your table. They are easily available online as well as take frequent breaks from your desk and walk around in the office premise itself.
Also ensure you do not consume heavy meals at one go. Consume 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hrs and munch on light snacks in between meals.

Hello, go to near by physiotherapist for quadriceps exe, hamestring strengthning ,wax bath therapy, and at home brisk walking for 30 min, avoid cross leg sitting, avoid indian washroom toilet, not to put pressure over knee to avoid carilage further damages, in case pain take some analgesic for some days like tab etoshine.
