I' m suffering by ra from last 10 years. Currently on medication. Sulfalazine 1000 - 1 tab, od. [ to be continue] methotraxate 15 - every sunday" folic acid (5) - every wed & friday" hydroxy chloroquine (400) - 1 tab, odat hs" amitrityline hydrochloride (75+20) 1tab od at hs [ to be continued] inj. Depomedrol (2ml) i. M. - report once after 2 weeks. Famotidine (40) - 1 tab odac - to be continued and doc adviced me to visit again after all medication for 2 mnths. Doc also advised me for ncv test of all limbs. I have morning stiffness, swelling in wrists, trembling in fingers, knee stiffness with movement difficulty. Have formed deformity in fingers, limbs. Swan neck deformity in fingers. Brain mri is normal. But incidental finding shows:- hypertrophic adenoids. Both knees r reduced by 73. 5%. Both wrists are deviated ulnerly. Now, please tell me, what would I do in this situation! I am in regular supervision of occupational therapist for last 2 yrs.
