If the combination is benefiting you and as of now has not caused any electrolyte abnormalities, then please continue with it, because it is a very good combination. And remain in regular follow up with your doctors and ask them to advise you blood tests to keep a watch on electrolytes so that you can be assured.

The values of blood glucose mentioned show that diabetes is fairly controlled. Ideally fasting should be <100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c%<7. As regards BP systolic should be a bit lower, closer to 130 mm. And diastolic closer to 80 mm. TGL level is high. We may have to give a closer look at all the drugs and see if anything can be improved. By simple modifying the lifestyle almost everything can be corrected. Your b p. Is under control by medication good thing you don't have diabetes. Your weight slightly on overwt by7 to 8kg try to reduce it. Go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises. And balanced and diet. Do not change or regulate the medication without consulting your physicians. To know if there is any blockage of coronary arteries. You should go coronary angiography. It is safe it can be done in any good hospital where catch lab facility's are available.
