Take IFT and ultrasound therapy for a week then ask for cervical and shoulder muscle strengthening exercises, maintain proper posture while on work.
The pain may be due to inflammation over cervical joints which is radiating to upper back.

When your pet was discharged from the hospital, you received specific instructions regarding your pet's home care. Some general care guidelines include:
In order to help the healing process, it is important that the wound and surrounding area is gently cleaned to remove any crusty or sticky debris. This will keep the wound edges clean, reduce the potential for re-infection, and allow new healthy tissue to develop.
Administer all of the medications as prescribed. Do not discontinue antibi...more

I have disc degeneration/disc bulgeing problem in cervical spine between c6/c7 from july 14. Now, I am having pain in neck continuously just like a pin penetrate in neck area. Its stops only bed rest for 8 hrs in night and early morning 2 to 4 hrs. Now I am taking medicine as suggested by doctor is moven meloxicam 15 mg 1 time in day and neurochem 1 in night. But as per my exp. My pain intensity get reduced when my head doesn't move much in day hrs. When I try to run slowly, pain intensity increased. Let me know when I will be normal. I have tried pshyotharpy too for 2 days only as my symptoms got worse after it. So immediately stopped. My symptoms history as below. 1. First 3 days just have a head stuck. 2. Then started litte bit pain in neck for 1 week (i assume may be this due to wrong posture during sleep) 3. After 2 week, sudden pointed pain, tingling was observed in my left arm. But occationally. I cant understand what is going on with my left hand. So I first contacted cardiologist to check my heart. But all test was normal. 4. Then I went to neurophysician and said all symptoms he has done ncv test and neck x ray but said all is well. So no prob at my end. Almost 2 month was completed and now my neck pain, tingling in left arm was increasing day to day. From my left hand, I was not able to hold my laptop bag more than 30 sec. It feel more than 100 kg for me I was going for swimming in that days too. 5. Then I went to orthopaedic doc. While just listing my all symptoms he said you must have issue in neck cervical disc. He immediately sent me to mri and my surprize, we really found now prob. There was my pinched nerve. Defination I found on net: when a patient has a symptomatic herniated disc, the disc itself is not painful, but rather the material that is leaking our of the inside of the disc is pinching or irritating a nearby nerve. This type of pathology produces pain called radicular pain (e. G, nerve root pain) leading to pain that may radiate to other parts of the body, such as from the low back down the leg or from the neck down the arm. Leg pain from a pinched nerve is usually described as sciatica. But it may be termed as disc degeneration / disc bulging. Whatever. 5. Now, I am just wearing a neck collar and have that two medicine. Symptoms are reduced 70%. Now no any left arm pain. But only neck pain. What is the best way to get out of this neck pain?

pain is complex, so there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling.
A therapeutic diet complemented with few medications for pain management can also work wonders. Do reply back for medications. Being also a general physician, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicine...more

Many thyroid symptoms. In addition, tsh 2.7, ft4 1, t3ru 18. 5 nodules under 2 cm found. Cortisol pm was not high cortisol early am 22 zscore: 1.7 platelet ct: 454 mch: 26.5 calcium: 8.4 non-hdl: 144 hdl: cholesterol: 59 total cholesterol: 203 ldl cholesterol: 120 antibodies 1 - green I know some of these are borderline or low. But, I am tired of all these symptoms. They began after an accident I was in 6 years ago, after prednisone treatment and seemed to flare after steroidal shots due to 3 fractures in cervical spine. In the matter of a year I gained 90lbs. Even though I only stopped working out for a month after the accident and didn’t stop maintaining the low calorie intake 1200-1400 calories a day. By flaring I mean there was 6 months I could not stand on my feet and walk 10 ft without feeling fire in my calves which a doctor attributed to water retention. After that, I received the steroid shots in my cervical spine and experiences extreme inflammation. I was given meloxicam to take as the inflammation is worse at night. So much so I cannot sleep. Weight gain which with calorie intake of 1200, juicing, and keto does’t help. I’m even add med that is suppose to help for weight loss as well which my doctor was hopeful for me to try but, does’t do much but help me focus which is still a good thing. I exercise 5 days cardio and weight intervals for an hour. I currently keep carbs as low as possible. Rarely eat bread or anything with preservatives or sugar. I do have fresh fruit on occasion. On the days that I can I wake up very early. For the last 3 years until a switch to a bp indicated for heavy bleeding, I experienced major amenorrhea which was also left unexplained. This are the major incidents I can think of aside from the typical hypothyroid symptoms. Might I i benefit from hypothyroid treatment perhaps? Your opinion is appreciated. I’ve felt miserable for half of my youngest sons life and I need help.

Dear lybrate-user,
you probably do not have hypothyroidism as your symptoms are non specific and your free t4 and tsh are normal. Your weight gain is probably related to the total cessation of physical activity after 6 months and the steroid injections but now that you are not on steroids that does not explain why you remain so overweight. The 8 am cortisol of 22 ug/dl is just above normal. You need to do a dexamethasone suppression test to rule out over-activity of adrenal glands. You need ...more

I am a 20 year old female. This last june, the homeopathic remedies that helped me with my psychosis for the previous 2 1/2 years stopped working. I had two very terrible psychotic episodes in june, and then I was fine for 9 weeks, and then the psychotic episodes became frequent. I have had very terrible hallucinations, and also very beautiful hallucinations. They are mostly visual and auditory, and rarely olfactory and tactile. Also starting in june, every time I get my menstrual period I get very suicidal. In addition (also starting in june) I began to have severe nerve pain on the skin of my entire back, which has now spread to my entire torso. In the past I wore a flannel shirt backwards and unbuttoned, because the pain was intensified by anything touching it. Now on bad days I cannot wear a shirt at all. One thing I found out recently is that if I focus my energy on being intensely happy, the pain goes away- but it is really difficult to be intensely happy all the time. Starting in the last 2 months, every time I get stressed out I feel nauseous and get head aches. A few times I have vomited, and one time I had my first migraine. In june I did not have any injuries or surgeries, nothing out of the ordinary happened. The doctor I went to today told me to make an appointment with my psychiatrist. I have been seeing a psychiatrist for 5+ years and the medications prescribed by them have rarely worked- the best thing that worked was the homeopathic remedies- until june. I do not have a mental health diagnosis because my insurance company won't pay for the assessment I need to find out what my diagnosis is. My doctors have not given me a diagnosis for my nerve pain. For my mental health, my medications have been changing very frequently, as none of them have been working as far as I can tell. Right now I am on welbutrin, geodon and effexor. I also take gabapentin and meloxicam for the nerve pain, which do not seem to do anything. I need to know what would cause the three symptoms- medication not working for psychosis, severe nerve pain, and feeling suicidal while menstruating- and also what I need to do/take before my next menstrual cycle. I just looked up ayurveda medicine so I will give it a try. My diet is pretty awful because I have an eating disorder, before I would go back and forth between eating very little and eating a lot, but now that I take the geodon I have to eat 500 calories twice a day, so I am pretty good about eating three meals a day now- but it is not very much healthy food. I have been eating things like peanut butter and jelly waffles, dried mangos, yogurt with jelly, french bread with butter, beans. I am vegetarian and extremely picky, so that combined with the eating disorder makes it difficult to both eat and find food to eat. I try to stay very hydrated, but don't do it very well, so my pee is usually a clear color or very very yellow. I am extremely constipated. My friend tells me I have piercing eyes. I am also tired all the time, but have a difficult time sleeping. In july I ran away from my parents house, because I was very paranoid of them for no good reason. Also they do not agree with my lifestyle. I have been unstably housed since. I have spent nights in the psychiatric hospital, friend's couches, a housing program, in my car, and one night on the street. Because of my severe depression I rarely exercise, and I am currently not employed. I have many good friends. I am currently living with two very good friends who deeply care about me. I try not to talk to my parents but that is difficult because they pay for my medical expenses and they struggle with animal neglect, and I worry about my pets that I left behind. Again, nothing out of the ordinary happened in june. If this all started in july when I moved out that might have made sense.

you are really having a tough time with so many problems. All the physical problems that you are facing like headache (migraine), vomiting, nausea, even hallucinations are due to the side effects of the antidepressants that you are taking. If you are taking the medicines as prescribed or not, is not known and they have stopped affecting you. Suicidal thoughts during periods is due to pms (pre menstrual syndrome). Your eating habits are also very disturbed.
