Take a course of tab cipro + tinidazole 1 tab morning -evening x 10 days.
If not relieved contact surgeon.

Ok, take tab albendazole 400 mg stat and tablet tinidazole 500 mg twice a day for 5 days. Take cap bifilac twice a day. During this period take lot of salads and curd. Again consult me after 5 days.
