Increasing dose will not help. Continue the medicine in same dose. As you said, all tests are ok, you need treatment. We usually advise ovulation induction (giving medicines to increase the chance of pregnancy for 3-4 cycles. If that fails, move to the next step.

I have seen the query. I am sure when treatment for hypothyroidism was started, (with levothyroxine) there must have been clear instructions about how to take levothyroxine. As the quantity of that medication is in micro grams, it has to be taken on empty stomach. So it is always suggested to be taken early morning before anything else is taken. Get d test done from d standard lab and keep on taking 200 mcg of eltroxin till d report come. Actually baby requires thyroid harmone for growth and development inside your womb so dose may need to be adjusted according to the report.

You have not mentioned the dose of Levothyroxin you were taking when your doctor prescribed 137.Follow his advice and continue the dose prescribed by him,repeat TSH after 6 weeks.Dont worry about high dose,some times even higher dose is prescribed as per requirement.
