There is no need for inj. Heparin for the first abortion. 10 to 15 % of all pregnancies end up in abortions even in healthy partners. But there is nothing to worry about it. Only negative point is your age. Even if you are apla positive (auto immune disease) you require low dose aspirin 75mgm daily, which is safe in pregnancy. I will not treat you with any medication if all the tests are negative. You will have a healthy baby next time. You need only vigilant follow up by an experienced gynecolo...more

After 5 mints of vaccination you can give ice around the injection site. That can reduce hematoma formation. U can also apply heparin gel locally for 3 days and routinely give paracetamol 2-3 times daily in proper dose. That vl help both to reduce pain and fever. Its definitely painful for both child and parents but you should assure yourself that almost all Indian infant is going through the same.

Hormone progesterone is very much essential for the continuation of pregnancy. Low molecular weight heparin helps to improve live birth rate in high risk pregnancies like that of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome and recurrent pregnancy loss. Folic acid is useful to prevent neura...more
