I am a 26 year old male having below issues. 1. Back ache started around 2 months back. I ignored it until recently my shoulder, neck are also paining. There is pain in ankle, knee area too. I also developed a headache yesterday and today have dry cough I went to a doctor last week when the main issue was lower back pain. He checked if there was any weakness in my legs and checked for my leg movement. When asked, I informed that I travel ~35 kms daily on my bike to the office. He suggested the below medication saying that it was a muscle spasm 1. Myoril 4 mg (3 days - 1 tablet a day while sleeping 2. Bio d3 max (15 days - 1 tablet a day after lunch) 3. Me-12 od (10 days - 1 tablet a day after dinner) 4. Flexabenz gel (twice daily) 5.signoflam (after breakfast and after dinner for 5 days) 6.pan-40 (before breakfast and before dinner for 5 days) 7. He suggested using l.s belt while driving bike I did take myoril and d3 max tablet once. I apply the gel and use a hot water bag on affected areas regularly. Though the body eases off, the stiffness and discomfort come back. I have done this for 3 days now. There was never a severe pain, but just discomfort that I want to get rid of. I would rate my discomfort as below 1. Shoulder, neck, and back -- most of the time 2. Knee and ankle -- after a long walk or otherwise sometimes I have stopped going to the gym for 7 days thinking that it might be the issue. The pain is very much bearable, but I get very tired while coming back from office. It's still manageable but I would like to know if I should take this to a doctor.

1 .35 km drive daily is the main stress causing the pain issues.
2.From the history you seem to be having myofascial pain .Best way to cure is to take muscle relaxants and REST
3.Please do a CBC also
4. It will be better to use the public transport or less stressful way of commuting till your problem subsides

Yes, take it only SOS, don't make it as a regular habit. Apart from that ice packs application can be given, and if you are better just follow proper warm up exercises and regular muscles strengthening exercises.

Around 4 months back I was suffering from slight right hip pain for which sometimes I took tab. Voveran which improved the symptoms. After one month while standing suddenly I felt moderate pain in my lower back, I somehow managed to get along with it but I could not walk properly & felt great difficulty. I took Inj. Voveran BD for 5 days at home but finally on day 5 my symptoms worsened with immense pain in right hip. I visited hospital minute was given Inj. Myoril, Inj. Tramadol, Inj. Voveran and advised MRI. Next day my MRI revealed L3-S1 diffuse disc bulge, dessication, Small Annular Tear & right slight cord compression. My blood reports revealed severe Vit D and B12 deficiency. After taking almost 2 months strict bed rest, Vit. D/B12 supplements, Inj. PiroxicamX5, Inj. DepomedrolX2, Tab Feldex OD, Tab.LyricaTDS and Tab. MyospazTDS my symptoms got almost normal and finally I was able to walk but I still have mild lumbar discomfort & weakness in right leg. Now should I go for SXR or CST?

Hello, From the very precise history what you have given you have been diagnosed with intervertebral disc prolapse with cord compression. Now this is like a mechanical block obstructing the spinal cord (or nerve root), which cannot be removed or decreased with only medicines. The meds what you have taken help reduce the nerve irritation and the nerve swelling caused due to disc prolapse that's the reason why your symptoms have reduced. Every time there is stress on the back, your symptoms will r...more

The recommended dietary allowance of vitamin B12 is 2.4 mcg per day
400–800 IU (10–20 mcg) of vitamin D should meet the needs of 97–98% of healthy people.
Thiocolchicoside and aceclofenac dosage is based on the pain
