asthlin inhalation is a rescue medicine , need to be taken in emergency. Take LABA and ICS combination by inhalation with spacer regularly Once controlled then can take onlt ICS inhalation in maintenance dose a anti inflamatory medicine.

Valium and nitrosun as rightly said are benzodiazepines usually prescribed for relieving anxiety and they do impart good sleep.
