Yes you can. But its advisable to get it extracted by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon because the tooth is very brittle after rct.

Only an x ray can decide whether you need to go for filling or extraction. If u want yo go for filling then choose tooth colored filling as amalgam leads to secondary caries. And it's too d acted then opt for extraction

There are 2 main reasons of pain in impacted tooth. First is food impaction and second is inherent force of eruption. So if you are able to keep that area clean and healthy but because of second reason if pain is there, its better to go for extraction. If food lodgement is there then it may affect the other teeth also
