Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Reduce these in diet. Increase intake of traditionally healthy foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter etc. It will improve triglycerides and is healthy for heat. For more information please discuss on phone. Hello Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. The glucose values are absolutely fine. So there is no reason to change any treatment. Fasting glucose is quite low, any value lower than that can cause hypoglycemia. Otherwise present medication is quite good. Please check his serum creatinine and urea as well as microalbuminuria to know kidney function status. There is no mention f his weight and height, extent of exercise and dietary pattern. Those details are equally important. ...more

4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night
