The cause of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is unknown. Risk factors include obesity, gastric bypass surgery, high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes.
Most people have no symptoms. In rare cases, people may experience fatigue, pain or weight loss. Over time, inflammation and scarring of the liver (cirrhosis) can occur.
No standard treatment exists. Instead, doctors will treat the underlying condition, such as obesity.

Treatment of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis is more elaborate than treatment of simple hypothyroidism. I prefer to treat with a combination of T3 and T4 along with therapeutic dose of nutraceuticals.
Other immune related conditions, such as, in your case, Asthma, often coexist and I believe in addressing all undelying and assosiated conditions holistically.

Hey there,
the information given by you is not sufficient to suggest a treatment.
Kindly attach your reports along with your symptoms to get a proper guidance.
Though if it is grade 1, it would be easier to recover soon.
Along with medication, if you follow proper diet and lifestyle modifications, you will definitely get in very good results.

Mr Vasudev, Thanks for the query.
You are multiple drugs for controlling blood glucose. The reason these drugs have been prescribed must be improperly controlled blood glucose. Plus you are also on a drug combination to reduce LDL & TGL. There is nothing like high or low dose. Drugs are given based on the need. Since there is no mention of either fasting, PP glucose HbA1c% or lipid profile, it is difficult to know how good the control is. Thanks.
