There is no problem in having green tea, but on it's own it can't help bring down triglycerides.
Also rice is not a problem if it's unpolished or single pounded and it's not eaten in excess.
Your overall diet plays an important role. It's not about just restricting fat but eating the right fats and sensibly.

Your BP is high and so also the cholesterol. Hope you are on proper medication. You need to follow up properly. If required you may go for further tests like stress test. Other tests like angiography or digital angiography. It's imperative that you have adapt a very healthy life style. Include yoga in daily life.
