I got a minute scratch from my dog’s teeth. He’s 3.5 months and fully vaccinated. Do I need to get a tetanus shot?

Depends on your last tetanus shot. If you have completed tetanus shots in the last 10 years then you don't need one. If not, I wud advice you to get one. However, observe your dog to avoid any complications.

There will be no visible side effects if you unnecessarily take anti-tetanus shots frequently i.e. Every 5 months. It will not give any extra benefits either.

Yes.
You need full course if you have not previously ever gotten full course.
If you have taken full course and last booster shot was 6 months ago then you don't need vaccinated.
Although there is no contradiction if you still want a booster.

If she had taken full schedule in last 5 years then she doesn't need vaccination if not give a age appropriate booster dose.

Safety pins pricks usually donot cause tetanus.
But better take two shots of tet vac 6 weeks apart and then 5 yrly to prevent tetanus from minor injuries.

I had a very minor cat scratch with a very little bleeding 6 days ago I washed it properly for 5 minutes and applied antibiotic ointment I went to doctor he said that he do not think that I need a tetanus shot but still I am very much worried can I get tetanus? Wound was not deep.

Tetanus vaccine will be effective for 10 years. If your wound is minor or uncontaminated, if you have taken booster within past 10 years then re-vaccination is not required now. Still if you want you can take. There are no major adverse effects with tt.

If you have taken TT 6 months ago you need to take it again . If you take 3 doses in another regime you need to take only in every 3 years
