As your HbA1c% is 7.4 and both glucose levels seem to be fairly good, instead of adding one more molecule like Voglibose, you may look at your diet and exercise level. That should help in achieving better control. your both sugar levels are very high. U need to consult your treating physician for a change in medicine or dosage. I have seen the details mentioned. From the hba1c% it is clear that there is no proper control of blood glucose. Ideally at your age fbg should be < 100 mg or closer to it. Pp should be 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%.
Therefore it is clear that there is a need to upgrade the treatment, which means we need to look at your diet, extent of daily exercise, weight & height. Information regarding these aspects is not there, so it is difficult to comment. ...more
