Do not look for short cuts or quick fix methods to weight loss and do not believe in anything posted on social media unless it comes through an expert (with genuine degree in the field) and with scientific basis. Before going for medicines, try modifying your diet. First step can be cutting carbohydrate intake along with whole milk products intake and compensate it with vegetable protein sources, like pulses (daal and daal products).
