Dear Mr. lybrate-user,
after stopping steroids it takes about 30-4 weeks for sugars to normalize. If this has not happened you need to adjust you diet medication and exercise to wquickly get the sugars under control. You can take an online consultation and we wil be able to help you. In the meantime focus ondiet - go on a very low carbohydrate high protein diet with lot of vegetables and exercise for about 1 hour per day

1st you need to check your bgl regulary to see wether your bgl that includes fasting and post lunch are within normal limits or not. U can take multivitamin for one month and keep your tsh within 2-3 range. Its 4.5 so it may cross the limit so get your thyroid function checked regulary usually should be done at 3 month interval to keep your tsh within normal range.
