Normal level of vit d is between between 20-50ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency.
1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning
2. Take milk, cheese, egg yolk, fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of vitamin d you have to take vitamin d supplement 60000iu/week fo r 3 months after consulting physician.

Maybe the dose of antihypertensives needs to be increased or a different class of drugs used or added. The high uric acid levels can also be controlled with either Allopurinol, at doses which are adequate, or with newer drugs which are more effective and safer.

Protein in urine should be quantified further as to how much it is wether microscopic or macroscopic, if possible you can get a 24 hr urine protein anaylsis. neways you need to continue taking your tablet and if needed increase its dose to prevent hypertensive nephropathy which is high bp effevt on kidneys..

Well you need to visit your doctor you may need to change your bp medicine if it is not working for u, do some yoga, wake up early and go for walking or jogging, with this you need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure your problem permanently,

It is difficult to judge her case (what might be the reason for the pain ). Please let her go back to the doctor for an examination and any other tests if needed to diagnose it. It might be even a temporary phase and recover after sometime. So it's important to go for regular health check up and continue taking the medicines.
