Dear in hypertension all drugs are equal. Dear the drug which decreases b.p. Is the best. Both telmi and azilsartan can be effective accordingly.

Now your bp is controlled with telmisartan and what is he need for another dug. Hamdard asraufin can bring down bp along with other effects on the body and medically is not approved. You may or may not take it at your own decision or risk.

R2-10 is antilipid tablet..
While Telmisartan is Antihypertensive...so both are different medicines...

My advise is to start her on homoeoapthic treatment otherwise the dose of telmisartan will go on increasing and she have to take more than one tablet as they are no curing hypertension ever.. they just control it..
