Both Tragit or Nulong shouldn't drop pulse or heart rate. Pulse rate of 40 and 50s is very low and needs urgent attention. I would recommend you see a cardiologist, or an electrophysiologist who can help you with that. While medicines may work sometimes, it often requires a pacemaker. Take care.

1.restricted -onion ,garlic,pulses,milk and milk products,bakery,processed and packaged food,oil,white salt,wheat,non veg.eggs.

3.cook food in little bit in ghee
4.keep hydration

Your father have hypertension. Hypertension over long term can cause secondary complications. You should get some workup done atleast once a year. Cbc, rft, rbs, ecg, echo, fundus, these are some bare minimum. If you had it done you can send me the reports, I will review. Now for treatment, telmisartan is really good drug.
