Hello Amol...
Yes it has side effects.. but not taking them has major problems..
The better solution is to take Homoeopathic treatment side by side.. gradually we can stop all the harmful Medicine.
Other than that take salt restricted diet.
Do regular exercise..etc..

Mr. lybrate-user I would advice you to get one usg abdomen first to rule out any gall stone disease .also would advice you to get one ecg and your bp recording twice daily for atleast 3 days to rule out any excessive decrease in bp. I shall be in better position to advice you after knowing you said record and investigation. Also need more further clinical history to inquire. You can consult me meanwhile continue sompraz d daily before breakfast for atleast 14 days.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
HbA1c% 8.3, is suggestive of improperly controlled diabetes. SInce you are already on Glycomet GP and Invokana (Canagliflozin 100 mg), one needs to give a closer look at your diet and exercisem plus height and weight. There is no info on height. My suggestion is to take relook at diet and exercise and plan weight reduction. Thanks.

Hi...
R2-10 is antilipid tablet..
While Telmisartan is Antihypertensive...so both are different medicines...

My advise is to start her on homoeoapthic treatment otherwise the dose of telmisartan will go on increasing and she have to take more than one tablet as they are no curing hypertension ever.. they just control it..
