Tellzy and Telmikind both have the same salt called Telmisartan, so they are same and you can take one in place of the other.

Cheaper medication can be taken for following drugs - ( as per serial number)
1) Rabekind D
2) Telmikind 40
3)Cetrizine
8) Monticope

Many different substitute available including telma CT. Ask your chemist for Chlothalidone and telmisartan combinations.

you have been started on 3 medicines. Try to manage with one. Start telmisartan 40 mg twice daily or once daily. If it is suiting you, you can check BP weekly and keep it below 135

Start telma beta 40/50 once a day. And stop amlodipine n telmikind. It ll take care of both bp and heart rate.

It's always better to take your BP medication early in the morning as soon as you get up from the bed. Cholesterol medications are preferably taken in the evening. Avoid taking too many tablets of BP medicines without advice from your physician. Check your BP regularly and dose of medication should be adjusted after consulting your doctor. Don't do it on your own. High dose of BP medication will cause low blood pressure and they have their own adverse effects so be careful in future.
