Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi.
Since it is a medicine prescribed by a general physician, it is best for him to answer on this although I can tell you that I am not aware of this side effect of telmisartan. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

For long sustained effect you may opt fpr Homoeopathy as the medicines are with no side effects and also shows a remarkable improvement.
But you need to consult one Homoeopath with proper knowledge as it will need your proper case taking part for its accessment to medicine that will suit you only.
You can for the time being take Raulfia Q (30 drops x BDPC) and can follow up with a proper physician.
Thanks

Natrilix is an antihypertensive. Whereas alfuzocin is used for bph (benign prostatic hyperplasia), a side effect of which is fall in bp. Under medical supervision your prostrate medicine need to be changed if you are having lower urinary tract obstructive symptoms like urgency, frequency, straining in micturition (urination), etc, please take a call after visiting a general surgeon or urologist, who will in turn decide after a thorough physical examination and required investigations.
