Sudden blurring of vision in diabetic you should rule out diabetic retinopathy. Please see the nearest ophthalmologist as early as possible. If there is any retiopathy changes he may need lasers or intravitreal injections. Some times diabetes itself can cause blurring of vision. You should keep strict control of blood sugar.

R2-10 is antilipid tablet..
While Telmisartan is Antihypertensive...so both are different medicines...
My advise is to start her on homoeoapthic treatment otherwise the dose of telmisartan will go on increasing and she have to take more than one tablet as they are no curing hypertension ever.. they just control it..

Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening for 45 mnts to enshape your whole body. •Tk, 3/4 litres of water to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. • Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.
•Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.
•Opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.
