Use heat and cold. Studies show that heat and cold are effective ways to get relief from back pain. Ice packs are most beneficial when a person uses them directly after an injury, such as a strain. Applying an ice pack wrapped in a towel directly to the back can reduce inflammation.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Blood glucose 106 mg, is normal. You may have to check after food glucose to see if that is also normal. Secondly BP 130/80 mm Hg, shows high systolic BP. It should be 120 to 130 /70 to 80 mm Hg.
Main problem seems to be your excess weight, with a BMI of 37.5 kgs/M2 you have grade 2 obesity. Your ideal body weight should be 54 kgs. Hence carrying excess of 42 kgs. This is the major problem. Thanks.

Dear, HIV spreads through Contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and HIV-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the HIV-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the HIV-negative partner. HIV is not spread through saliva. Take care.

Dear lybrate-user,
pep will help you, but they have given you wrong, incomplete and expensive course. Yes, pep should be taken, but It is better to do risk analysis first. Why don't you take a private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you everything. Don't loose time, don't take unnecessarily heavy medicines.

Both pep regimens are wrong. The first obe is outdated and second one makes you crazy.
It seems you have been misguided or the physician you attended to is unaware of newer treatments and latest guidelines.
To better understand the risk and consequences please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done.
