Fibula flap is from the leg as bone is removed not chest. If chest wall flap, it's usually a Pectoralis major muscle and skin flap.
If you have had a fibula, there is no jaw shift and hence you would be able to eat from Opposite side where teeth are present. If it was a pectoralis flap, you need a guide bite prosthesis on Opposite teeth to get alignment of the jaw to be able to chew.
